| Due to the limited number of parking spaces we have implemented the following policies and procedures for all car show and special event parking. |
*Show Car Parking:
Policies and procedures for parking spaces from the Parkway to the trolley stop near the hotel are as follows:
Guests will be permitted one parking space per each paid sleeping room with a $100.00 parking fee per show. Parking spaces are non-transferable and for the use of the person who rented space ONLY
At check-in guests will pay parking fee and choose parking space on a first come first served basis (one space per rented room may be purchased). Spaces may be purchased starting closest to the parkway and working back toward the hotel on both sides of the drive until all spaces are gone. At that time guest will pay parking fee and complete a parking form
(save time at check-in. Click Here to print form so you may bring it with you). A special parking permit will be issued with space number for that guest for all days of the car show. Parking spaces based on availability (first come, first served).
*A hotel stay of 5 consecutive nights at Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge will include one FREE parking space for your show car. You must be a registered guest of hotel to receive your parking space.
*Main Parking Lot:
Policies and procedures for parking spaces in main hotel parking lot are as follows:
There is no charge to park in our main parking lot. Parking is limited to
ONE parking space per rented room
We will no longer allow car haulers or trailers of any type to be parked on premises. (There are several lots around town that allow parking of trailers for a minimum daily charge
No parking under or around the canopy at main hotel entrance. This must be kept clear for guest registration as well as emergency vehicles
Must be a registered guest of Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge before parking any vehicles. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
All vehicles must have a parking tag displayed so the name and date can be easily seen. Tags will be issued to guest as they check-in and only on day of arrival
Proof of ownership must be available for all vehicles upon request from hotel management.
Revving or racing of loud motors will be strictly prohibited between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily. Speed limit in parking lot and show car driveway is 10 miles per hour 24 hours a day and will be strictly enforced.
These policies will be strictly enforced. Owners of vehicles and/or trailers not in compliance will assume the cost of towing.
